1. How does HopeDigits work?

First, you sign up. The process takes less than 3 minutes.

When someone calls your HopeDigits number, you can either answer the call or forward it to another phone. Any calls you do not answer will be automatically forwarded to your voicemail account .

You can retrieve voice messages either by dialing your HopeDigits number or by clicking on your .mp3 Email attachment.

You can manage your service easily online - check messages, forward calls, and review your call history.

2. How much does HopeDigits cost?
Our free service costs nothing! When you sign up for a HopeDigits account, you will be provided with a unique non-local and unlisted phone number, which you can begin using immediately. Each number provides unlimited inbound calling minutes and comes with 60 outbound calling minutes, which you may recharge with your credit card.

3. Do I need special hardware?
No. All you need is a computer with Internet access to edit your account settings.

4. Do I need special software?
No. As soon as you are signed up, you can use HopeDigits to forward calls to any standard telephone or cell phone.

5. What is involved in your premium service?
Our premium service offers a phone number that is local to your area or is in the city of your choice. You also get more voicemail storage. Premium services begin at $4.95 per month.

6. Is it possible to use HopeDigits as my home phone?

There are two ways for you to use HopeDigits as your home phone. Both methods require a broadband connection to the Internet (cable or DSL Internet).

Software: If you want to turn your PC into a phone, we can provide software for that application. You simply download the software from our website and follow the instructions to configure it.
Hardware: This gives you the most transparent phone service experience, but you will need to purchase an analog telephone adapter (ATA) from voxilla.com. Devices must be SIP compliant.
Warning: HopeDigits does not currently support 911 services. This service is intended for inbound use only.

7. Can I sign up for HopeDigits from outside the United States?
HopeDigits numbers are available to be used globally, simply sign up and begin using it. All you need is a valid email address and user name to start receiving free inbound calls. You can receive US calls from anywhere in the world without having to pay long distance charges.

8. How do I get started with HopeDigits?
